
- 1 medium tub of natural yogurt
- the same amount, by weight, of plain flour
- 1tsp baking powder
- Add the flour and baking powder to a bowl and stir in the yogurt until well combined
- Lightly flour a work surface and cut the mixture into golf ball sized portions
- Use the flat of your hand to flatten out the balls to a rough oval about half a centimetre thick
- Cook on a hot, dry frying pan or griddle for a couple of minutes on each side until dark
