• 1 medium tub of natural yogurt
  • the same amount, by weight, of plain flour
  • 1tsp baking powder
  1. Add the flour and baking powder to a bowl and stir in the yogurt until well combined
  2. Lightly flour a work surface and cut the mixture into golf ball sized portions
  3. Use the flat of your hand to flatten out the balls to a rough oval about half a centimetre thick
  4. Cook on a hot, dry frying pan or griddle for a couple of minutes on each side until dark
